          Santa Barbara is a place of legacy and history, serving as a training ground for several Olympians and all-time greats of beach volleyball. Known as one of the most iconic beaches in the sport, East Beach has long been a hub for athletes and enthusiasts alike. The tradition continues as new generations have embraced the game at this exceptional venue. But beyond the game itself, Santa Barbara is home to a special community—a place where players, families, and friends come together, creating a culture that feels like one big family.

          805 Beach is proud to be part of this tradition, giving back to the community that has shaped so many athletes and lifelong connections.​ At 805 Beach, our mission is to help people connect, grow, and move down at the beach. We connect people from all walks of life and backgrounds, fostering inclusivity, connection, and tradition through the sport of beach volleyball. Our programs provide opportunities for growth—supporting personal development, overcoming challenges, and building confidence through mentorship and shared experiences. We believe in movement not just as sport, but as a foundation for fitness, well-being, and a healthier lifestyle.

         From youth athletes just learning the game to adults embracing an active, social beach lifestyle, 805 Beach is committed to serving the Santa Barbara community. We're proud to be part of this local legacy—building a network rooted in service, improvement, and lifelong connection through beach volleyball.

          Originally founded as a competitive youth club, 805 Beach has grown to serve the entire community. We now offer Beach Fitness Classes, Adult Classes, Adult Leagues, Adult Tournaments, After-School Youth Clinics, Summer Youth Camps, Competitive Youth Club, and Holiday Break Youth Camps.
