Adult Class Schedule?
We will be offering four separate month-long class sessions throughout the Spring and Summer; April Session, May session, June session, July session, August session and September session.
Each month session will consist of four 90-minute classes
Is this class a good fit for me?
If you have not played volleyball before, this class is not for you. If you have some indoor volleyball or beach volleyball experience, play on at least a semi-consistent basis, are looking to improve your game, meet new like-minded people, and work hard then this is a good fit for you!
What can I expect from this class?
Our class structure is consistent and well-rounded. We spend the majority of each class session working on upgrading technique, volleyball IQ, vision, and overall ball control. Towards the end of each class we spend time doing normal game play where you have an opportunity to apply the things you worked on to the real game. You can get a solid workout depending on how hard you would like to push yourself. Each class will have between 20-30 participants.
What are the dates/times of the classes?
Classes will go from 5:30-7pm.
How much does it cost?
$150 for SB City Resident
$165 for Non-Resident
Can these classes be prorated if I can't make it to all of them?
We do not prorate classes. If you sign up, you will be charged for the full month. Hopefully you can make it to all four of them!
Who will be coaching these classes?
Each class session will consist of 3 seasoned professional coaches. Jordon Dyer, Ariana Garner, Mike Maas, Ben Hunt, Meaghan Wheeler and/or Chad Arneson are a few of the coaches you can expect to work with.
