Santa Barbara is home to one of the most historical and iconic beaches when it comes to Beach Volleyball, our very own East Beach! Some of the greatest beach volleyball players of all time grew up with East Beach as their stomping ground. With the beach comes community, and the beach volleyball community here in Santa Barbara is so special and continues to feel like one big family.
The mission of 805 Beach is to help introduce and develop local youth in beach volleyball, nurturing both their athletic and personal growth in a safe and healthy environment. Additionally, 805 Beach is committed to offering special experiences to the local adult community, fostering connections down at the beach and helping share the beach volleyball lifestyle.
Initially founded to support the youth beach volleyball community in Santa Barbara, 805 Beach has expanded its reach to serve the adult community as well. Starting as a seasonal competitive club for high school-aged girls, we have evolved to provide After-School Youth Clinics, Summer Break Youth Camps, Adult Classes, Adult Leagues, Adult Clinics and Holiday Break Youth Camps, embodying our goal of connecting the community through beach volleyball. We are grateful to work with thousands of locals every year!
