Join Rowan Peake and Bridget Lewis, our dedicated certified trainers, as they guide you through strength, flexibility, HIIT training and conditioning workouts. You may know them from leading group fitness sessions at local gyms around town. If you’re familiar with Rowan or Bridget, we’re sure you’re as excited as we are!

Who Are These Classes For?
Join us for inclusive beach classes designed for everyone—whether you're a volleyball player or not! Open to the entire Santa Barbara community, these sessions are a fantastic way to get fit, connect with others, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Perfect for people looking for a fresh, challenging way to stay active outdoors!
What to expect at class?
We’ll start with a warmup, followed by exercises focused on strength, power, and mobility, using bands, sandbags, cones, and medicine balls. You can get a solid workout depending on how hard you would like to push yourself. Each class will between 6-12 participants. Bring your energy and be ready to move!

Enjoy the beauty of our coastal city while staying fit. Picture dolphin sightings, ocean dips, and post-workout coffee on the sand. Our smaller, intimate classes are perfect for building connections while breaking a sweat.
When Do These Classes Start?
We’ll be kicking off these classes at the beginning of October, so mark your calendars and get ready to join us on the beach!
Where are these classes happening?
East Beach, Santa Barbara: Courts next to the Bath House Parking Lot (1118 E Cabrillo Blvd)
Is there a place to rinse off after?
If you don't want to do an ocean pop, the Cabrillo Bath House Pavilion is just a few steps away and they have PHENOMENAL locker rooms and showers. 805 Beach Fitness members will have free access to these post-workout.
Is this class a good fit for me?
These classes are for everyone! Come down and enjoy the beach lifestyle while breaking a sweat and connect with the community.
What are the dates/times of the classes?
Classes will start up early October and run on weekday mornings. 7:30-8:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 7:15am-8:15am Wednesdays and Fridays. These classes are run on a drop-in basis.
